We will be taking bookings for appointments on Saturdays and Sundays only.
In the first instance we are only able to see acute patients, in emergency, and those we are unable to help via a virtual and telephone consultation. You and your family's safety is our main priority and we have worked hard to put in place measures that follow and adhere to all current guidance.
We consider this to be the first phase in getting out of lockdown, and will adapt and change accordingly, as the restrictions change. We will be screening all patients by telephone to assess suitability for face to face care.
What we have set in place for you:
Upon arrival to the clinic please remain in your car until you are indicated to come into the building. Do not knock on the door/ring the buzzer, we will be with you as soon as we can and when it is safe to do so. Please do not bring family or friends to your appointment, they will be asked to wait in your car.
We expect you to wear a mask/face covering for the duration of your appointment. If you do not have one, we will provide you with a disposable mask.
All toys, play mats and changing mats have been removed from the building. At present we will only see under 16's if a virtual or telephone consultation is not appropriate.
We expect you to sanitise your hands before and after your appointment. Hand sanitiser will be available for you to use.
The toilet facilities are only to be used if you have an urgent need. The toilet facilities will be cleaned after every use.
We have cleared the reception so there is only one chair and less objects.
We will have a plastic protective screen at the reception, it may be the case that a receptionist will not be present for your appointment.
The chiropractor will be using the appropriate PPE shielding and will initially be using disposable apron, gloves, face mask or safety glasses as indicated. She will be wearing a scrub uniform so that washing and changing can be carried out easily and effectively.
The chiropractor will disinfect their room between each patient and all high traffic areas in reception.
The front desk team and/or the chiropractor will disinfect surfaces in reception in between patients.
We will stagger appointments so that only one person will be in the clinic at one time.
The clinic's phone will not always be answered, please do leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will no longer accept cash payments. Payment is ideally to be made in advance of your appointment by over the phone card payment or by BACS.
Receipts and appointment reminders will only be issued by email/text.
We would prefer you wear comfortable loose clothing to your appointment, however, a gown will be available should you wish to use it.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further please ring 01889 500448 and leave a message on the answer phone. We just want to be able to look after you and your family, we really appreciate your support and loyalty in being able to achieve this.
